Is claiming really free?
Yes — claiming and managing your listing is free, permanently. You verify by email, then you can keep your details accurate from your dashboard. No credit card, no trial clock.
What do the paid plans actually change?
Premium switches on the things customers act on: quote requests sent straight to you, a clickable link to your website, an owner-managed photo gallery, editable hours, and the "Top Rated" badge. Sponsor adds placement: your listing is pinned to the top 3 of its category and featured on the homepage.
Why are there only 3 Sponsor spots per category?
Pinned placement only means something if it's scarce. We cap sponsorship at 3 businesses per category — when a category is full, you can join the waitlist from your dashboard.
Can paying change my rating or ranking score?
No. Ratings come from Google reviews — we never author or edit them — and every listing must hold 4.0★ or better to stay on the directory, paid or not. Paid placement is always labeled. See our verification standards for the full policy.
How does billing work? Can I cancel?
Plans are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe from your dashboard, and they renew until you cancel. If you cancel, your free listing stays — you only lose the paid extras.
