Using the directory

TopRatedSummerlin is a directory of independently checked listings. The information shown — including ratings, review counts, hours, and contact details — comes from third-party sources (primarily Google) or from the businesses themselves, and can change without notice. Confirm details that matter (like hours or policies) with the business directly before relying on them.

Claims and owner accounts

Claiming a listing is free and reserved for the business owner or someone authorized to act for them. Owner-submitted content (descriptions, photos, hours) must be accurate and yours to publish. We may decline or remove content, or remove a listing entirely, when it no longer meets our verification standards.

Paid placements

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe and renew until cancelled. Paid placement is always labeled on the page where it appears, is limited per category, and never changes a rating — ratings come from Google reviews, which we do not author or edit.

Acceptable use

• Don’t misrepresent who you are, especially when claiming a listing or contacting a business.
• Don’t scrape, harvest, or republish the directory’s content at scale.
• Don’t use the site to send spam or for anything unlawful.

Disclaimer and liability

The directory is provided as-is. We work to keep listings accurate and current, but we make no guarantee about any business listed here and are not a party to any transaction between you and a business. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.
